"After 6 years of trying I'm 26 weeks pregnant but have been battling low thyroid and adrenals for well over 2 years. I've slowly been working my way through self diagnosis, and while I've improved many things (e.g fertility!) I still had constant fatigue which affected my ability to do almost everything. Through the Magnesium Advocacy Group on Facebook I decided to do a HTMA test and a couple of months ago found Dale Morley - a Root Cause Protocol Consultant - to help me go through it. She confirmed many things for me and also shed new light. I've been following most of the protocol and am starting to feel human again! I have energy, motivation, ideas, my creativity is back and I want to make things again. I feel like myself again. It's actually remarkable and I'm so relieved! I was terrified of having a newborn while feeling like I did but now I'm hopeful it will be joyful. Thank you to the MAG FB group, and THANK YOU Dale Morley my consultant!!
When I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia I was completely blind-sided, going from a very healthy and active retiree to a nearly bedridden person who could hardly walk! I had heard about Dale and immediately consulted her regarding my symptoms and was amazed at how positive and helpful she was. She gave me a huge amount of information on the minerals I should be taking to counteract the potential side effects of my steroid medication and boost my immune system. She was full of information about mineral balancing, backed up with scientific research, and designed the protocol that I should follow in order to keep my body healthy. I haven't looked back since and my blood test results are continuing to be positive.
You are an amazing inspiration and role model Root Cause Protocol consultant. The work you put in to your consults goes way beyond the norm, thank you Dale. I feel so much better after your advice. I totally get that it's not a 'one size fits all approach' and that it takes patience to get the RCP right ''for me'. It took a few trials and tribulations but you have helped keep me on track and reminded me to be patient as my body heals. Thanks again for your ongoing help along the way, what to do and what not to do, etc. It really helped me when I became very ill last year
