I am currently offering massage services at various times across the week from my home in Woy Woy, Central Coast. I have extensive experience in remedial, trigger point, and Swedish styles of massage so am able to provide massage for relaxation as well as treating specific areas. In-home (mobile) massage service may be provided for NDIS clients or clients with special circumstances. Prices for in-home services vary to the below so please contact me for details. If you wish to make an enquiry or a booking, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Swedish massage is a ‘classical’ style of oil massage covering the whole body. It typically uses a series of techniques such as long, gliding strokes, kneading, friction, deep circular movements, tapping, percussion, vibration and shaking motions which are done in various lengths and in alignment with the blood returning towards the heart. Swedish massage helps to increase the flow of oxygen in the blood thereby helping the body to release toxins from the muscles, improves overall circulation, soothes tired and aching muscles, promote lymphatic drainage, and create a sense of overall well-being. This massage is more for relaxation purposes rather than treating specific conditions.

Deep Tissue/Remedial Massage
A deep tissue/remedial massage involves some of the techniques from the Swedish massage as well as deeper work and trigger point therapy. It therapeutically targets a specific problem (or problem areas). Releasing some of the tighter muscles may cause some discomfort during and after the massage but it should not cause you PAIN. An overall sense of well-being, potentially some pain-relief and improved mobilisation is the outcome goal of this massage.

Trigger Point Therapy & Cupping
Trigger point therapy is a form of massage therapy specifically designed to alleviate pain caused by palpable & hyper-irritable nodules in skeletal muscle. This is done by applying isolated pressure, manipulation, and stretch/release techniques on the trigger point. These trigger points are often found in areas other than the location of the pain and can be somewhat painful to work on, even with light pressure.
Cupping is whereby suction cups are strategically placed on the skin to provide a sustained and controlled stretch to the skin, superficial fascia, muscles and deep fascia. The cups can be left stationary or moved passively or actively (utilising the Anatomy Trains concept) to create a dramatic change in the resting state of tissue.

Nutrition clients say...
"When I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia I was completely blind-sided, going from a very healthy and active retiree to a nearly bedridden person who could hardly walk! I had heard about Dale and immediately consulted her regarding my symptoms and was amazed at how positive and helpful she was. She gave me a huge amount of information on the minerals I should be taking to counteract the potential side effects of my steroid medication and boost my immune system. She was full of information about mineral balancing, backed up with scientific research, and designed the protocol that I should follow in order to keep my body healthy. I haven't looked back since and my blood test results are continuing to be positive."
